Any way to continue were print left off after a power loss?
That’s one of those things, that if you have to ask, the answer is probably no. Technically, if you can find the layer it stopped on, then you can modify the gcode manually, but that’s so complicated and error prone, I just don’t bother and start the print again.

The problem is that the printer doesn’t know where it was, its just reading in lines of code.
