Anybody else that went to Maker Faire feel like this guy was up to his ears in his own BS?

Will you be able to print true color on the fly, like could I print my friends face here in full color?
“Yes, that’s right. The magic is in this.” He holds up strange peristaltic extruder contraption.
What kind of file will it use? Something proprietary?
“Oh it just uses a modified version of Marlin firmware.”
Oh, and just print STLs?
“Yes, STLs.”
