Anybody tried this “Smart ABS” which is allegedly some sort of low-warpage modified ABS from Orbi-Tech in Germany?

http://www.orbi-tech.de/shop/3D-Filaments/smartABS/175-mm-smartABS/smartABS-Filament-175-mm-Natural::324.html

They offer a bunch of other cool materials too.

Same guys that made laywoo-d3 & laybrick, so I’d say it would be pretty good stuff.

“With smartABS you get 90% junk”. Bad translation I’m guessing?

@Ben_Malouf I noticed that too…lol – Very interested in this ABS formulation though. I wish the formulations were open source.

I wish they did a mixed pack of all their materials, 50M each type, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Even the ones not recommended for 3D printing :slight_smile:

They also don’t say what it’s been modified with so we don’t really know what we are melting…

@Ben_Malouf the german one reads: 90% less junk ^^

@Richard_Horne i’ll ask them
