define cheap…

I agree. Define cheap please.

$1.00?

I’m just frustrated, ender4 started a fire, warrantied parts, don’t know it has a print bed? Flsun kossel ripped itself apart after manufacturers recommended calibration, new board? Naw, a month of Arduino telling me to fuck off? Xyz da Vinci? Well it’s shit ! How about someone trading me three shit boxes for one that works?

I’m sorry to hear you are having bad luck. I have had some bad luck too. Luckily, I got a number of good prints and my printer never started a fire.

Location and definition of cheap.

As for the most fool proof printer I’ve used, up! Plus 2
It’s old, is done heaps, it’s fail to success ratio is an order of magnitude better than any other printer I have.

@DayRider76 how did ender-4 start fire i have printer from October and had no problem with it for me it’s better than other creality printers.

@Benjamin_Lukman it was printing, I needed to change the shell thickness so I canceled the print. While I was changing the settings I heard a noise? Look up and there ya have it.

Where is the thermistor? Enable thermal protection in the firmware. Maybe the thermistor is in the hole to the left? If so maybe that is supposed to be a clamping hole to the right? Some idiotic printer sellers have been turning off the thermal protection in the firmware for their printers. They seriously need a thermistor to fall out in a printer running in their office or home and then they might get a clue that disabling thermal protection is bad.

Creality…they were one of them known to disable the thermal protection in firmware, I think. @Thomas_Sanladerer has 2 youtube videos for thermal protection and preventing printer fires. Look them up.

@DayRider76 Emm. We produce printers for serious users.

@ly_Zheng no doubts here, it’s a beautiful machine! The quality is outstanding, I’m just new, I’ll figure it out
