Anyone any tips on setting up laserweb with my diode laser like how do I know my laser width and stuff how would I work it out? Also scan lines on raster images what’s the best setting for this based on laser size?
@Nicholas_Chappell scan lines are determined by the laser diameter value in operations.
The smaller the value, the less lines you should see. Never and not really go bellow 0.1 or you will make LW go nuts.
On my diode i use 0.1 to 0.15 depending on the material. You should experiment with this

What laser diameter do you have set?
@Nicholas_Chappell as I said above I use between 0.1 to 0.15. you need to try . Start with 0.1 and experiment. Focusing your diide laser is also important.
If your laser has it theres a way to adjust focus this is done by distance to the material and by rotating the adjustment ring on the diode itslef.

@Nicholas_Chappell no worries, its a common mistake
Now having one value on setting just makes all operations take that value, that does not mean you cannot change the value in the operations itself
