Anyone can tell me how to fix this gap in cura…?
Adjust your shell thickness to half the thickness of your hexagon’s wall. Should do the trick.
I mean cura infill doesn’t work well for gap!
Current my shell is 1.2! .4 nozzle!
Add another hex cylinder in between the inner and outer walls, maybe?
Could be that the 1.2 shell is causing this. Cura has some “gap filling” code, but it doesn’t always seem to trigger on a 1.2 shell. The problem might be gone if you use a 0.8 shell.
Infill overlap percent increase?
@Espen_T_Samuelsen Never. I really which people would stop using that setting unless they know exactly what they are doing. It won’t fix this issue. And usually when you change the infill overlap you are actually doing the wrong thing.
