Anyone else use the latest builds of slic3r?
It seems to have changed how the infill to perimeter overlap happens. Nearly all of my prints have gaps at the overlap. I’ve upped the overlap from the usual 15% to 60% and there are still some gaps. If I use the old version of slic3r it works fine.

I also have noticed this. I thought I had something goofed up. Thanks for asking this question, makes me feel better somehow.

Is this with the Prusa version as well? Haven’t used it much but I’ll have to when I get my multi material upgrade.

No I haven’t tried the prusa version.

I have also issues but the gap is more between 1st and 2nd perimeter. Can you add a photo to compare? I had this with the previous version as well as with the latest, when I slice the same stl with Cura, there is no gap.

This is what it looks like.

It looks like the infill only touches the perimeter at a point instead of a a line. I looks like it touches the the perimeter then moves at 45 degrees to it for a nozzle width then turns 90 degrees to start the next line.

Yes, so I thought it could be jerk settings or something, but I lowered the jerk to 10 and print speed to 15 (the picture I took is with these settings).

Here is picture of my issue
