Anyone ever had a partial blockade at the tip, while printing PETg? Im using eSun petg and it stick to the bed and flow ok, but if i left it unattended for 10 mins it simply block at the tip, i can manually unblock it, but its a pain on the ass, it sounds a little pops when im pushing it, meabe too hot or too cold?

Little pops are usually because of mositure boiling out. Which means your filament needs to be dryed out. I have seen a few people do this with food dehydraters, other’s have used clothes dryers, and even ovens. Specific settings are not given, because most are not a good idea. Best thing I can suggest is to look into making a dry box for storage. They consist of an air tight sealed box with a desicant. Silica is a great desicant, and pretty cheap.
Best thing to do is get a new roll that is dry and keep it that way with a dry box. My opinion.
Moisture in the filament will cause pops. You might be too hot for this particular brand if it is caramelizing in the tip that quickly. Have you tried a new tip to see if some possible damage there is contributing?

@Jeff_Parish the lowest temp for this brand is 230c and no i havent change the tip in a while, i will change the tip later and check again,
also the tip is close to the print almost touching, that might affect it aswell?
@Alex_Hayden whats the recomended temp for disecate the filament? Havent tryed for pet, already used an oven for abs @ 75c but dont know about Petg its very sensible to temp change
Tg for PETG is 80 to 85°C Depending on the supplier.
Not likely temperature but I’d try printing at 230 with the bed at 80 and see what it does. Bump the temperature in 2 degree increments on one or the other if you get adhesion and flow issues. Get both those settings to a working minimum.
The nozzle almost touching the print is normal but you generally can’t see the gap. You should only have a gap the printing layer height between the nozzle and the print.
So anytime you are printing and leave it for more than 10 min it clogs? Does the surface of the print look fuzzy?
Aside from a possible nozzle issue I’d also check your hobbed gear and make sure it is not slipping on your extruder motor shaft. Check that the teeth are not full of filament chip.
Last check your extruder cooling fan and its effectiveness. If you are getting heat creep that could cause your issue.
Does the print you are trying have a lot of retractions in it? What is the retraction distance and type of extruder? Bowden or direct drive? Heat creep and long retractions will often jam.
