Anyone has Canadian source for ubis hot-end (@Printrbot Simple) compatible ? I think mine is starting to have issues.
Will printrbot not ship to canada? Or is posting too high.
It’s a bit high + you always run the risk of it being stuck at custom and pay duties.
Ah I see. I guess having lived in America I don’t see much of that when ordering.
We ship to canada often. No problems on our end. I’ll refund if it gets stuck in customs

@Brook_Drumm hate to complain but is that normal: Order #31956 was placed on September 18, 2014 and is currently processing.
Our goal is 24 -48 hours, but I took my customer support lead out of town for Maker Faire. That had an impact I fear.
@Brook_Drumm more than a little impact. My order still shows processing… Unless a part is B.O. But there is no indication.
