Anyone have any issues with the ultibot 1.75 mm hobbed gears? Ordered 10, 8 of them look like the gear on the right, and won’t feed filament.

I’ve sent in a return request. I bought them back in August but just got to using these. Hopefully they will do something otherwise I might try re-cutting them with a bigger tap

I have several. All worked great. They must have got a bad batch. Its a father/son company. I think they will take care of you.

awesome. Im sure they will, if not it wouldnt be super hard to fix these. Just curious if anyone else ran across it. Just looks like the hobb was mis-aligned. From the way they are cut though it looks like they are using a real hobbing machine to make these, which is pretty awesome.

Talked to the guys at Ultibots. Looks like I got a bad batch. New ones are already in the mail. thanks @UltiBots_LLC ! you guys are awesome.
