Anyone here using TinyG G2 on their OX? And want to share settings??

Anyone here using TinyG G2 on their OX? And want to share settings??

Tried it. In fact I had planned to use it, but quite frankly it didn’t work very good when I tried it over a month ago… I’ve reverted to grbl on a 'duino and that works pretty well (even if it has it’s few gotchas)

Migth revisit g2 at some point – the only other user I know has bought the correct board and uses TinyG instead…

I am running G2 on a ShapeOko2, runs same as my tinyG.
I see no reason should not be same for Ox machine. There are a lot of variables to your question: what firmware build are you running? Are you using Gshield or other drivers(I am assuming you have a DUE as your base platform). G2(my reference point is build 83.08) has many more parameters than tinyG, for starters those that are named the same would have same values on both.
The new parameters are relatively self explanatory from description in $$ dump. I assume you know the G2 wiki, https://github.com/synthetos/g2/wiki.
Community interface tough for detailed discussion, might try https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/devtinyg

How does one even buy a g2

Also is the g2 runs the same setup as the tinyg. I just posted an entire setup series of videos with config links. Did you not see the posts?

Well, as it stands right now, you don’t. You have to put the pieces together yourself…

See my posts

I’ll wager sure you’ve already browsed through it, but if not, the TinyG wiki has a lot of info that may apply:
