4.5A Super X-Drive Laser Driver - NDB7A75 - NUBM44. This currently drives my 6w LD, but you have to mod it. Dtr lasers on Amazon and eBay. Owner says he’ll mod it for a price.

6W at 12V is 0.5A, not 5A.

@Richard_Betel 6W is the light power of the láser, not the eléctric power. With 0.5A it is not posible to cut or engrave nothing.
