Yes, I’m German - Bavaria.
With the 3mm DC solid Carbide cutters there are already some very cheap (China).
I have tested it and was disappointed.
The quality of the Carbide is important. Poor quality means loss of sharpness after a few minutes.
The expensive type often 20 hours and more pure milling time. The best (see model F112. 0300) you can find here: http://www.gis-tec.com/english/e_index_frame.htm
