Anyone knows where these bulges come from? Looks like the printer is going over these areas twice (see 2nd Image).
In S3D, I set wipe distance to 5mm and checked “Only wipe extruder for outer most perimeters” in the advanced tab

That’s exactly what it’s doing. That’s what wipe is. The problem comes from your retraction not completely stopping the flow of filament from the nozzle more than likely. I’d check that your retraction settings are retracting filament to the point where it stops flowing. Additionally it looks like you’re slightly overextruding, as you’ve got some piling going on with those top layers.
