Anyone printed with translucent petg? I was thinking of making the handgrip for a bladerunner gun out of it.

  • Any suggestions on good supply of transparent /translucent orange petg? (especially in Australia)

  • Has anyone got examples of anything printed in translucent orange or other translucent petg?

eSun has a transparent orange PETG. I haven’t tried it though. I don’t know if it’s available in Australia, but eSun is rebranded by quite a few other resellers. Atomic Filament transparent aqua is currently my favorite transparent PETG, it’s colorful but still very transparent.

I’ve been doing a few tests with Maker Geeks transparent filament, mostly their Raptor PLA but also the PETG and I’ve gotten some of the clearest prints with it. Other filaments I’ve tried are either a bit opaque or have a yellowish tint but this is clear.
