As anyone ever printed a quadcopter frame?
Im desingning my own drone and got most of the parts, but i want to 3d print the frame, i saw most frames are made of abs but i can print in Abs and Nylon Alloy 910, whats the best material for drone frames??

Printed a pla frame, if you didn’t hot anything it would be fine, but with learning to fly and even just set it up properly the arms delaminated too easily with a handful of impacts.
Regular nylon is probably too flexible. Good for crash guards, less good for supporting motors and such.
PETG would be a good alternative to ABS, almost as easy printing as PLA.
@Mark_Klemens how tough/lightwegith is that filament? Any brand in especiall?
