As promised @Daniel_Garcia , this is the Technocolour Dreamcoat 2014 power bus design v1.1. Wires with crimped blade connectors from the ends of the strips up into downward-facing lateral pockets where the power buses live. Bottoms of the strips where the wires go in are all potted in e6000 under the heatshrink.
This was just a quick job to give you an idea, I’ll mount everything up a bit so there’s no loose wire hanging under the level of the hem when I do it properly.
