@Ashley_Webster Challenge accepted! 140mm bridge on 8mm posts 5mm off the bed. Printed at .25mm 241c Toybuilder Labs Prototype Yellow ABS 3mm filament, no cooling. If you don’t mind the stringy’s on the bottom and make that portion 1mm or thicker then you will be okay. I would go with 2mm minimum if you want it water tight though. I made this bridge 1mm thick.

Not bad. What is your printspeed for bridging set in your slicing s/w?
Right now I have it set for 67mm/s. I could probably fine tune it I’m sure going a little faster and using active cooling would make a big difference. I just through this in and printed it with my everyday settings.
