It worked, with mixed but good results. the vacuum does not need to be very high, just a lower pressure is enough, I have to work on that. I do preheat the clay but higher temperature would be better. I put the max in marlin to about 65 Celsius, I will need to change that to about 105 for the auger to get less resistance, (don’t know why this is, just something I noted with an different setup where I had preheated our clay).

btw. for now, I used a small battery screwdriver to turn the stepper. I wanted to see if the idea was worth pursuing before I would connect to ramps. The auger does not need to turn fast. Turning it too fast would slow the clay feed.
