Awww, woke up to this this morning. Not quite sure why it stopped mid print
seems like comm problem. Maybe the controller driver crashed?
Would make a great egg cup. Or, even better, you could grow cress in it.
@Tim_Rastall ahhh, that’s a pretty cool idea :).
@Lukas_Merz quite possibly, I had to reset the printer to gain control again. I have been my printer quite a bit the last few days
theres a sensor that detects when youre not watching it.
I believe Samsung owns the pattend
Maybe a current and /or voltage problem?
@Lukas_Merz possibly, since getting a new nozzle the current seems to fluctuate more. I’m planning to get a new PSU at some point.
I may have move that up the “to get” list
or decrease the max stepper current?
@Lukas_Merz I did try that a few days ago but it’s worth giving it another go. Anything to save a few quid
@John_Ridley yeah, I plan to do the same myself. Just need to get my Sainsmart LCD controller to work on my Megatronics board
So, I’ve figured out what the issue was here.
I had my max temp set in marlin to 270c and I was printing around that temperature.
So once this temperature was reached my printer shut down.
Once I tweaked these settings I’ve never had an issue.
