Badly levelled bed?

Badly levelled bed?

I’m no guru but I think I would try turning up the extrusion percentage just a little bit. But that"s just me.

Thanks Brad. The bottom looks almost perfect, so I don’t think it is extrusion, but I will check

2nd pic is the bottom surface? What’s the weird horizontal line? What material and print speed?

With no further information I would agree that extrusion is likely the issue. Check tension on the extruder and steps per mm for extrusion. If you need help check out Tom’s guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUPfBJz3I6Y

Cool thanks. It is PLA, 60mm/s, 205 temp, 100%extrusion.

Not sure what the middle line is. What seemed strange with the top was how nice half of it turned out. Extrusion may very well be the culprit. Thanks

Oh, figured out the bottom line… Bad masking tape placement on bed

Try slowing down your speed cause it looks like the 1st layer is fine but you’re coming up short on filament when trying to put down the following layers at speed (I’m assuming 1st layer is put down at at a reduced speed). Or try bumping up the temp to 210. I think you’re not getting a good flow at the given speed…and yes, for sure the line is the infamous seam from blue tape (you can even see the texture of the tape on the bottom…ugh).

as only single lines look bad, i would check if your fillament ist equal, and your filament transport load is not changing

Think I figured part of the mystery out. I had my “extrusion width” smaller than my nozzle. Nozzle is .5 mm and I had EW set to .2 mm
