Is that an Hbot design?

Yeah why don’t they just kill it off already !

MADE IN CHINA $200 per unit!

@Nathan_Walkner that’s an interesting choice to go that way, but should benefit their BOM and also support

Here’s hoping it’s more reliable, as the last thing 3D printing needs is more unusable MakerBots in schools – way to turn people off.

Bankruptcy will not stop them. Trump had a number of his ventures go bankrupt and he kept coming back like a roach.

A lot needs to happen for stratasys to go caput. If the need to make a statement to they will loose whatever they need

The Rep 5G was HBot, this one looks like the same thing but with beefier structure.

HBot still sucks, I’m baffled why they don’t switch to CoreXY.

who? is this a new brand on the market? I agree with @Ryan_Carlyle , H-bot is not a good choice, especially when corexy is easy and functional.
Weird… But not surprised by Makerbot. It sounds like asking that microsoft makes an OS for a smartphone. They tried hard, many times, but they just proved to be plain incapable of doing it right.

Always thought a professional makerbot is a stratasys. Who was saying stratasys wont make a consumer grade machine because they have makerbot.
