Began mocking up the Kossel XXL. My current plan is to use 380mm extrusions on the base and 1m tall for the verticals. My concern is if this creates a poor ratio for deltas. I want to ideally have 250mm diameter build area which is why I wanted to go with the 380mm extrusions. Would love to hear what people think. This is my first delta build and is definitely more complex than a Cartesian.

Check the Ultibots Kossel 250 and see if you like the proportions. You’re in the same ballpark.

I already build with 370mm delta printer, with 220mm diameter, and added support for reducing tower shake, with custom carriage using 4 solid wheel each

@Yanuar_Harry_Squadzo did you use 20 or 15mm extrusions?
