Adjust the stepper driver gain, must be too low.
Look at your acceleration in the firmware. Z is an order of magnitude slower than x y normally.
High tone… this looks like your stepper motor is not trimmed properly with Vref. Check if Vref is in the right range depending on your stepper driver.
