Building a new machine based on new IGUS Drylin roller bearings http://www.igus.co.uk/wpck/7030/DryLin_W_Hybridlager

Carriages move much more freely than with plain bearings. We just hope they can deal with dirt as well as plain bearings though.

The fitting and construction looks really good. The website link you have contains no price information. How much would a 1m beam + bearing roller cost me?

1m of linear guide cost around 35 EUR (or $42), rollers around 16 EUR (or $20). http://www.igus.com/wpck/6920/N09_5_12_WJRM
