Building a RepRap Delta Rostock 3D Printer, any advice from developers. #3dprinting
Make sure that all rods are parallel and perpendicular to base. I tried once build a Rostock and was off few milliliters that resulted so many issues with trying to calibrate that I dropped design for cartesian bot.
Brace the rods. They can wobble which makes it inaccurate
I bought a FlogerTech Kossel 2020 and it is rock solid and stable, but I still find the calibration a bit daunting… and frustrating.
Replace the arm joints with tarrax joints as the printed ones will get loose after a few hours of printing
