Can anybody please tell me where I can get the parts for making an rc car, like the suspension system and the axle parts.

I got suspension on http://hobbyking.com and axle parts on http://conrad.com

Here is bill of materials, it helps a lot. I screws and nuts from BoltBase in UK. YOu can just email them a list of whats needed , they are helpful bunch of guys.

But the most challenging part will be you tiny gears in the differentials. I suggest to go with ready ones made of metal and sold by Conrad and change the diff housing to fit them. I am still struggling to get them printed on Shapeways.

Here is replacement part for axle shaft which is much stronger then the original one.
