Can anyone provide me with a phone number for Openbuilds parts store and SMW3D? I have packages being delivered from both tomorrow and I know I won’t be home and only they can change the delivery date per UPS and FedEx.

As an aside, since the packages are already in the mail…I was able to set up my own account on UPS.com and change my own deliveries or leave details about where to put the package.
Not sure about FedEx.

Through the UPS app you can set it so they’ll deliver without requiring a signature but you can’t blame them if someone then steals your packages. Fedex rarely requires a signature for stuff I get delivered.
@Gimp_Geek ouch bud. Uhm. I would have to look at your order number to see the shipping method, but we have had guys revert or hold packages with FedEx with great luck if not on the truck via their online tools. USPS, while we love to support them, is like sending an email to a laser supplier on Aliexpress when the unit arrived damaged… Some will get a kick out of that.
I don’t want to speak directly for the OB guys but neither of us have someone sitting by the phone… Hands are too busy making stuff…
Thanks everyone, I got both shipments rescheduled to a time when I will be home. It’s a shame that I had to pay $5 to each UPS and FedEx to do it, but it’s done. I appreciate everyone’s help
