Can anyone recommend websites similar to http://www.malix3design.com? Like thingiverse, but with high quality but pay-to-download models?

@MidnightVisions I think you misunderstand. He’s just looking to purchase digital files, not physical prints.
@Adam_Steinmark Then I believe https://www.cgtrader.com/ has the good stuff
cg trader is not really for 3d printing
@Rene_Jurack most of the stuff on that site is able to be downloaded as .obj
Hehe… Yeah… But I am not looking for the right file-format. I am looking for high quality PRINTABLE files or designs. I scrolled through the site, like 15mins or more. Looking for nice things to buy and print. Found a few nice looking things. BUT: No flat bottoms, extreme overhangs, not seperated for better/easier printing, just to name a few flaws. These designs maybe good looking, and maybe are perfect for VR or rendering purposes. But printing… hmmm…
Fair point. Aren’t you working on a magnetic tool changer though? You could just use 2 heads and have one print PVA or BVOH supports. That’s the plan for my IDEX.
@Adam_Steinmark You can get them from there too.
@MidnightVisions how do you get digital files from Shapeways?
@Adam_Steinmark You ask them how to get or buy a digital copy. They will put you in touch with the creator of the work you want. You work something out with the creator of the work. The poster stated he was interested in buying works, not just downloading for free.
@MidnightVisions It’s not a digital marketplace it’s a physical one. Most sellers don’t want to release the digital files. Even if they do you still have to go through contacting every designer which is time consuming.
@Adam_Steinmark Well its up to the original creator isn’t it. He may have several versions of the art work available and willing to sell another version of it, if not the version on shapeways. If someone is interested in selling something, someone will be interested in buying something.
But makes no sense. I asked for sites promoting models for download, that are made for or optimized for printing.
@Rene_Jurack If there is a model on shapeways you like and want, and you want the original software models, you ask shapeways (orvany other web site) for the contact with the works creator and negotiate a price to buy a copy of that model. Is that undestandable?
It defeats the point of the thing I asked for.
@MidnightVisions I mean with your logic you might as well recommend Steam as a 3D marketplace to ask game developers for 3D model files. Do you try to get all your recipes directly from restaurants? Do you go to Best Buy and ask for the technical drawings and circuit diagrams of electronic items so you can make them yourself? Do you understand what we’re trying to say?
