You mean how can you get it to STL? Try something like http://www.greentoken.de/onlineconv/ to convert OBJ to STL.

I have no idea what you just said, I have no clue about any thing technical, I just want to download model then print it for my shelf, is that possible?.

Maybe. but you will need to get into the tech details, want it or not 
The site you gave us provides Blender compatible digital 3D files of the piece, but a 3D printer can not use that. You need to feed it to your printer in STL format. So you will have to convert the file.
You will need to install the Blender software to load the file you downloaded from that site and figure out a way to save it to a STL format file. Apparently Blender will to that.
Blender is a 3D animation/rendering software BTW.
@Dean_Rodgers Download the .obj file, make an account on Shapeways.com, upload the .obj to Shapeways, choose your material, and pay your money. Shapeways will print in your desired material/color and ship to you.
Mate I would get into the details but at the moment I am implying to commission some one in the UK to print off a replica one of these for my Geek shelf.
It’s great that you want to use 3D printing and want to commission someone to do it for you. However, you are currently asking people to give up an hour or two for free because you simply are unwilling to try to learn some basics. I have been witnessing this in despite the fact that it seems you are trying to keep the cost down. If you are willing to pay someone to do stuff then find someone who will do it, ask them to get a quote and offer to pay for their time involved in converting your file in order to do a quote.
Speaking of Defiance models… anyone seen a link for the badge? I can convert formats. 
@Ben_Malcheski I will pay some one who is in the UK and I will be very willing to pay if some one quotes what I’m willing to pay, but thank you for your insight.
