Can somebody point me to a resource describing 3D extrusion with bee’s wax or similar?

I have 3 different FFF printers and a project that would work best using a softer wax than paraffin or similar hardness. I’m looking to see if I can make use of the extruder of such a machine on one my current printers.

Searching a G+ community seems cumbersome (unless perhaps I’m missing some obvious tool). Your considerate responses will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My first thought would be something like this, rather than a filament based approach: http://reprap.org/wiki/Heated_Piezo_for_Jetting_Wax

@Stephen_Baird , thank you for the info, but I’m looking for more of what the JHead itself would be able to do. I need much greater vertical output. Maybe not stick filament fed but it probably needs to extrude like a hot paste more so than a hot liquid. The output would look similar to
cake decorations except be wax rather than icing.

There’s RichRap’s paste extruder:

His blog post about it is between the 2 videos.

@djC653 , cool. I will look at this further, since they show printing in white chocolate it looks promising. Thank you very much. I also have clues on how to word a google or YouTube search.

@Jelle_Boomstra The syringe with heated sleeve seems like the best possibility of working for my situation. Although something similar to a glue gun might also be an idea, using short, fat sticks of bees wax - like what is used for the glue guns. Just automated with a 3D printer. Thanks for the input.
