Can someone help me with this hotend problem. Update my printer with original e3d v6 hotend (cardridge sensor). After that my hotend not work at all. Try do autotune pid many times. If you see sensor data that peaks on temparature goes that fast up and down that not possible. I think this is some sensor problem, but do anyone get any ideas or similar situations with hotend?

That hotend warming picture, printer goes halt state because hotend not warming only do that spikes down and goes flat, not rise up. (Whole time hotend get full PID pulse and that power goes to resistor too.

Other picture is one of printing what i get go end without printer goes halt state.

Any ideas or situations what you guys see with hotend problems?

Swapping the thermistor should narrow it down. If same result after, then it’s either the board, firmware or heater.

yeah thinking same, but think if someone else have same problems or tips. Thermistors order take time week or more and thinking do i get this problem solved some other way.

What does the graph look like sitting at room temperature? Does it bounce?

Little bit bouncing room temparature too

Anyone knows what that marlin firmware comment “4.7kohm pullup resistor” mean. I use ramps, that include that 4.7kohm resistor all ready i think?

@LassiVVV the pullup resistor is already there, yes.
