Can someone smarter than me please help?

Can someone smarter than me please help? I love ChiliPeppr because of the ease and all around Superior workflow it offers but I’m running into the issue with GRBL where it randomly pauses and goes idle and I have to click on the resume button. My understanding it was fixed on TinyG but is still an issue with the GRBL. I would love to fix it myself but I don’t know programing and I would have no idea how to start. I releaze most of you probably use TinyG because from my reading it sounds better. But I’m running a shapeoko 3 and I would don’t want to shell out the money to upgrade the board…

I’d love to ask for a volunteer from the Grbl community to try to port the TinyG buffer over. All the hard work to get it 100% perfect has been done on the TinyG buffer and the only real change would be to look for the OK response and also do the trick that @Jarret_Luft originally did which was send a request every 250ms for position reports.

Sorry for hijacking, I see the issue come again, and sorry for my ignorance but web programming is voodoo science for me, I tend to use CP as a fixed program. Now question: is there a manual about how can I edit the CP buffer? I guess it’s not editable by anyone since it still works (: and as far as I can see I would change a single line of code in the tinyg buffer adding an or statement with grbl answers and then we can use it as an unified workspace. But how can I edit it without destoying your server/the whole program for everybody if it fails?
