Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please? Previously when using Laserweb4, the head moved smoothly. Now it seems to jerk along like a clock ticking by the seconds. I’ve obviously altered something. Anyone able to help me please?
It is still working but just not running smoothly like it did.

Hello Roberto. It is a Laseraxe 7W machine using an arduino board flashed to 1.1f firmware. I’ve also attached a screenshot of my grill settings . Many thanks for your help. Paul
what is the feed you try to reach in your gcode?
Normally I have the speed between 700 and 1200 and I vary the power if needs be. Any thanks Paul
The speed seems to be ok. Can you post a sample gcode file?
I think I may have sorted it Claudio. Searching round, I saw that $$01, if it was set at 255 kept it running smoothly. I changed that and it does indeed seem to have done the job. For some reason though, the settings that I had for photographs have gone to pot and I am having to work them out again. Wouldn’t it be nice if one setting suited all materials?
