Can’t print from Cura 15.04.2 to my Monoprice 15365 via cable. The software sees the printer and it can communicate with it since it’s showing the temperatures. I’ve never printed with the cable before. I’ve always used an SD card (which is inconvenient). But my SD card reader on my PC is non functional now, so I’m trying to use a cable. It’s been saying that it’s printing for a couple of hours with no action on the printer. Any thoughts?

Windows 10, 16GB RAM, plenty of hard drive space, etc… etc… It’s not low on any resources.

First thing i would sudgest is switch to advanced UI. Its will help debug a little more, as it gives direct control of all printer components

Slice with Cura, and load the gcode for into Repetier-Host or Pronterface.
