Carbon fibre machining, using spray adhesive to tack to a scrap piece of MDF and clamping only the wood down. 2mm 2 flute end mill, 400mm/min (conservative) and 1mm doc. Use white spirit to clean spray adhesive off parts

You used extra precautions to not breathe or allow anyone else to breathe the dust right?
Also, since the dust is conductive, you need to be particularly careful to prevent the dust from reaching your electronics.
No problem! Yes I had a respirator and my vacuum (with built in super fine filter) constantly on with the nozzle as close to the end mill as possible! It’s nasty dust but an awesome material!
