Changed my spot size in LW3 to 0.5. I originally had it set at 0.15. Now things are looking good :slight_smile:

From left to right, spot size 0.15, 0.5, 0.25, 0.4.

I prefer the result of #2 or #4 (so 0.5 or 0.4 spot size) than the others.

10mA @ 500 white 200 black.

@An_R_key As Peter has pointed out, spot size variations are necessary based on focal point. As this material is 18mm thick & I didn’t adjust the focal point on my cutting bed, it was about 15mm out of focus (closer to the lens). Keep that in mind :slight_smile:
