Conrad.com has now failed to ship me the correct articles TWO times in a row (this is the Swedish branch). Order two pairs of CVD’s (4 pieces) and all the bearings. In my first delivery i only got one pair of CVD’s and the bearings. Mailed the support and made them aware of their mistake, 24h later they answered with an apology and informed me that a new package was on the way with the missing CVD’s.
Got the package this morning… with ONE CVD in it face palm.

So if you order your CVD’s from them, make a comment with the order and make them aware of that this product is sold in PAIR but packed one by one.

Hmm, we need to come up with a better alternative that is also available worldwide. If anyone finds one, let me know the specs and will make sure to make parts that fit!

@Daniel_Noree with the open rc cad files is there anyway to edit the design? Im working in a nitro version but to edit the parts i have to recreate each part…

@Abc_Def Yes, obviously you need to have a some sort of CAD software, then download the STEP files, open/import them into the CAD software and your good to go!

@Abc_Def I can do a short video tomorrow with a basic example on how to imort a step file in let´s say “Designspark Mechanical” and edit it. ok?

I have experience with cad… Inventer pro. And auto cad. I downloaded the files from grabcad and you cant edit them…@Daniel_Noree ée

Same thing happened to me. Ordered 2 packs, got only 2 CVDs, so ordered 2 more packs figuring I had made a mistake… and then I noticed I hadn’t and they were supposed to be pairs!

I contacted the support, I’m supposed to get the missing CVDs later on. I’ll have 8 then  Guess I’ll have to print a second truggy as soon as I get the first one to work

@Romain_Dolbeau good solution to the “problem” (^_-)

@Abc_Def Please stop posting in various threads with the same issue about the CAD files. If you want to talk about them make a new topic. There is no reason to post in 3 different topics that have nothing to do with your problem. It just makes it confusing for other new people to the project.

My second order only had 2 CVDs as well, but the ‘fix’ package I got from complaining did have the 4 missing CVDs, so I do have 8 now.
They do have an issue with this product, but the support was fast and efficient so I’m still a happy customer.

Well, I agree, the support was fast and did what you would expect. But for other people ordering. Tell them in your order about the problem in a comment to them to ensure that it gets right from the start
