I had it working right before then I anded a part cooling fan and updated the config file and firmware to its most current. After that the printer moves diagonally when attempting to move x or y axis, I need Arthur to upload my link.
I reverted back to my original confing and firmwar.cur, disconnected the fan(which worked when I gave the M106,M107 command) but still the same…

Firmware.cur is useless, as is a pointer after the firmware upgrade, nothing else.
You need to upload a new “firmware.bin” file on the card and delete the “.cur”
PS. be sure to upgrade even your config file if you have the last firmware, or you could have some strange behavior….
So, download the last one and modify the parameters according to your old one. And DO NOT USE NOTEPAD++ to do the modifications!!!
I work with CoreXY with the last firmware, and works just perfect, your problem is in the config file, or one of your motors is not working properly…
Check even the pulleys, can be a loose one, so is skipping steps, the diagonal movement is typical of this problem, as the 2 axis needs the same steps to move linearly in one way or the other.
My 2 cents.
