I received this for Christmas and I really like it so far. I do not use it with a CNC but its great for a shop vac.

Someone should make a shop vac someday that does not sound like a jet taxiing down the runway. I do not know if this one does, or not, but it probably does.

I think they all do. I have one with bad bearings and it sounds like an air raid siren. They are like bronze sleeves, I’ve greased it, and that quiets it down for a little while, but it doesn’t last. It is a total pain to take the thing apart to lube it too.

2.8 HP sounds pretty wimpy for a shop vac but if it works for you that’s a great price.

Its for the mill attachment not a shop vac.
