Could also use a supplier for my CNC build.

Do you have PTZ CCTV camera inside of an enclosed CNC machine ?

I have seen “WebCam” type cameras inside CNC machines, from China, before.

Allows one operator to monitor multiple machine in real-time.

@ElectrotechEngineeri No, but I’ve got a lot of little board cams here. Would need more wide angle (1.8mm) lens though. It is one of the hings on my list as some cuts take hours, and it’s nice to keep an eye on things without actually having to get up…lol Not sure what use a PTZ would be on one though… except maybe the zoom part…

btw, thanks for all the connector links…

@Mat_Helm
our CNC Laser machine are 1300 mm wide bed,
hence the thoughts,
about utilising PTZ.

From memory Chinese examples, that I has seen on videos,
simply used web-cam,
mounted on the moving carriage.

@ElectrotechEngineeri Yea I suppose, but a 1.8mm lens on a 1/3 CCD is 180 degree view. But I can see what you mean.

But I guess instead of mounting it on the CNC, just mount it in the room. You could watch it and a few other things as well…

Update, Just herd back from their store in NY. Asked me to send them a picture of the cables I needed… lol
