I need these screw on type (outdoor/aviation) plugs. Anyone know of a supplier of connector’s?

Farnell (UK) should supply them bud,…

@Andrew_Mckee Thanks, they do indeed have a lot. But I’m starting to think it’ll be faster n cheaper to just change out the ones on it for something generic…

Look like DIN plugs. Still used a lot. Just search on digikey or UK equiv site

Farnell are reasonably priced and fast enough delivery, have you even tried eBay?..

Yea, finding A 7 an/or 10 pin connector is easy. But finding the exact ones, not so much…

btw, They’re on a PTZ cctv unit (CD56NVIR)…

Digi- Key has everything.

Hey @Mat_Helm pretty serious connector. Where are you using this at?

What manufacturer is the equipment ?

The 7 pin may be a mobile microphone connector? Without precise dimensions it is impossible to be sure though.

What about these 712 connectors???

@Brandon_Satterfield This thing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CCTV-Outdoor-PTZ-Camera-with-IR-CD56NV-IR-/111475064051?pt=US_Security_Cameras&hash=item19f46e7cf3

+Mat Helm thanks I’ll check it out. Sorry meant where are you using it on the CNC or need it for the actual cctv?

@Steve_Blazick Yes they do have a little of everything Thanks for reminding me of them…
@Paul_Skippen COP-USA I’ve sent a email to the their dealer in NY. But even so, chances are they’ll want an arm and a leg for the cord/connector.
@Paul_Frederick It’s almost like one I think, only in a IP66 (weather proof) package.
@Andrew_Mckee Nice link, and yet another nice site. Am in the US here though, and that one doesn’t show the face of the connector. But I’m sure it would work for what I need.
@Kyle_Kerr Their site certainly seems identical to Farnell’s…

@Brandon_Satterfield This one is for the ptz cctv. But on the CNC for control n power wires. I thought of this place because PTZ is just a few steppers and driver boards with a rs485 interface. That and I see the connectors used here all the time… Then there’s the general above average IQ level of the community…lol

@Brandon_Satterfield Oh, and a beefed up PTZ head design would make for a great 5 axis setup… ;p

These are on the pricey side at $65 usd but they’re good ruggedised connector, just run a bead of black flange sealant around backside of it before mounting on panel, and small bead of each M3 mounting screw, screwed onto M3 nylock’s. If you use this just make sure to buy correct size dust-cap for when not in use,…

@Andrew_Mckee They are indeed pricey…lol Your efforts are much appreciated, and have added greatly to my CNC bookmarks.

I never had a doubt that this was the right place to ask…

These are my choice, for a whole raft of (various) applications.
(Socapex™ SL419 Compatible).
IP67 rating (when mated).

Thanks @Mat_Helm I will look into this. Sounds like a great and usable product!
