Couldn’t agree more. A lot of people don’t even have a normal printer at home – why would they bother about a 3D printer? 3D printers are not yet ready to be used at home. ‘The medical sector is the future’, says Rafal Tomasiak, CEO of Zortrax.
We do have 3DPrinters at our local hardware store (like a lot of us suggest a few years ago) and I think whoever owns a Dremel and a nice saw might own one, but everyone else will use shapeways or their local copyshop
