CR-10S owners and users,

I received my CR-10S a couple weeks ago and I am up and printing. It seems that my filament sensor does not work. I ran out of filament and my printer continued on like it was fully loaded. Is there anything I have to do to get it working? Firmware update? Setting hidden somewhere?

I believe the filament sensor is an add-on upgrade for the CR-10/CR-10S, did you install one? Also from what I’ve heard, they do sound like they need a firmware update to enable the feature. I’m waiting to get my CR-10S.
