Custom hand guards for vstrom 650. Trying to keep hands warmer in winter on the cheap! Thanks to those that helped me understand the ABS shrinkage and cracking problem!
Clutch side guard printed, still working on brake side guard.
If they fit just mix some of the same filament (failed print) with Acetone and use a putty knife to push it into the cracks. If it doesn’t dry smooth sand it down and use a natural fiber brush to paint the part with Acetone. it will smooth it and make it stronger.
