Daniel . I know you are working on support for the nodemcu’s. For me, the Geekcreit mcu is unstable. Routines that run for hours on a duo freeze in about 30 minutes on the nodemcu. (ws2812b).
(fyi, I am running on old library, not the latest).
I am at a crossroads for wireless technology decision. NRF24 or nodemcu. What makes esp’s nice is tons of memory, size, built in communications and price. Still have to test distance as I need about 400 feet in open outdoors (drone racing application).
Question: Would you recommend I sit and wait for Fastled stability on nodemcu or stock up on the duo’s and NRF24’s?
I guess the real question is what is your confidence that nodemcu / esp platform will ultimately work for FastLed?
