@Daniel_Noree , are the original CAD files for the Truggy and Touring Car available somewhere?
Yes most parts anyway due to a HD crash before Christmas. You need TopSolid 7 (v7.8) though. I haven’t uploaded it anywhere because it’s a mess now.
Ok no need to hurry as I use Solid Works. I was mainly looking to remove some of the support structures to make cleanup easier for me. Not a big deal though and could be done with an STL editor. If I want to make any design changes to try I can start from scratch. Thanks!
@Ben_Malcheski but if you use SW you could use the STEP file of the assembly?
Yea, as long as the part imports correctly it should be pretty easy to remove the supports. I was secondarily hoping to have a feature tree to work with, but not a problem.
@Ben_Malcheski sorry about that, I used to work with SW but not anymore…
Anyhow, the Step file should be free from support (of course it’s possible I missed something).
