Dear FastLED users. Does someone knows if this LED panel would be supported by SmartMatrix/FastLED on a teensy 3.1?

Probably. Looks like it’s 64x32 1/16 scan with the same HUB75 connector. It’s probably similar to the ones Adafruit carries, which are supposed to be supported. Might ask over at the SmartMatrix community: http://community.pixelmatix.com
Thanks. I didn’t know they have a forum. I just added some home made photos of the board.

The IDC connector is a 2x8PIN. Similar to the schematics I’ve found here :
Except pin 8 is labelled ‘D’ instead of “GND”. I suppose the 64x32 matrix needs 1 signal data line more.
Sounds like a question for Louis at Pixelmatix. http://docs.pixelmatix.com/SmartMatrix/
The pinout from your pics looks identical to the 32x32 panels that SmartMatrix supports: http://docs.pixelmatix.com/SmartMatrix/photos/DisplayPinout.jpg
Looks like it should work with SmartMatrix Library 3.0, great price on the panel!
Jason : the v3.0 branch supports larger arrays like 64x32. That’s why i bought it

Most panels need 4 address lines as they are /16 scan. Common 16x32 panels only need 3 lines as they are /8, so ‘D’ becomes GND. There are rare 16x32 /4 scan panels and 32x32 panels that are /8 scan, but these aren’t sold by Adafruit or SparkFun and aren’t supported by the SmartMatrix Library.
Has anyone been able to buy it? I tried just now, but the links are dead. The “Buy Now” button does nothing.
I had a lot of trouble with Aliexpress over the (shopping holiday) weekend. Often the Add to Cart and Buy it Now buttons, and everything around that on the page were unresponsive. I can click the buttons on this product now.
oh, here’s anyone one which seems to work.

I finally had some time to work around the little guy today. Just hooked it up to an arduino UNO for now (uggly style with jumper wires). The plasma 32x32 sketch included in the adafruit RGB_matrix library works. The display is just a duplicated 32x32. On most of the 32x32 demos, the first block looks like dithered. Probably an adafruit_gfx issue coz on the textscroller demo, only the text is affected but not the bouncing balls. It’s more visible on the text demo sketch. I can’t get the 32x64 sketchs displaying anything (it seems columns / rows are inverted). I get only garbage on the display. Well I’m pretty sure it’s not an hardware issue. This weekend I’ll build a proper adapter board for my teensy 3.1 if i have time to buy some female pinheaders at the local electronic store.
