Decided to upgrade the cloud lamp to use @Jason_Coon 's beautiful ESP8266 FastLED webserver. Gives the room a nice ambient glow!
What LEDs are you using? In what layout?
Nice! I’ve thought about building one of these, but always wondered how people keep them clean? Seems like it’d be a nightmare to try to dust…

@Will_Tatam I used a strip of 5v ws2812b, a wemos D1 mini pro, and one of Jason’s awesome level shifter shields. His stuff made it all a piece of cake.
@Jason_Coon You’re right - the biggest problem is that it is in a pool house that opens up to the outside, so during the summer lots of little tiny bugs are drawn to the light and wind up embedding themselves right into the cloud (can’t say I blame them though!).
