I’m having trouble setting my delta radius properly. My head is lower on the edges of my print radius than it is in the center of the print table. I have tried the auto calibration a few times already, it never fully solved my issue.
When I try to print an object that has an overhang or bridge, the overhand and/or bridge will sag extremely! I am using slic3r. What should I do?
Thanks,

There is no secret : you need to properly calibrate the machine, manually or automatically, whatever will work best for you. There is no other solution to this issue : Smoothie can not do it’s job properly if it is not properly calibrated.
Hello,
I’m still calibrating the machine, but It looks like it is getting closer to what it should be.
Next question, how do I setup the Ethernet serial connection? I modified my configuration as said in the Smoothieboard Network guide, I also enabled TCP Streaming Mode in pronterface and then typed in xxx.xxx.x.xx:23 (I typed in my Smoothieboard IP address instead of xxx.xxx.x.xx) but pronterface isn’t able to connect to my smoothieboard!
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Hey.
Have you read http://smoothieware.org/network ?
Make sure it’s all working by using the “net” command, and by trying to access the web interface in your browser.
Cheers.
